What I need to make it?

• 4 short rubber bands
• 2 Long rubber bands
  
• Box
• Scissor/cutter
• Chopsticks
  

How to Make it?

1. Cut in the middle of the box a hole
2. Put the 4 short rubber bands above the hole that we just cut
3. My dad help me to cut of one of the chopsticks into 2 pieces
   
4. Then I put the 1 piece of chopstick on top of the hole
